Snowboard

Our program consists of all disciplines of Snowboarding: Halfpipe, Park, Boardercross, Rails, Slalom and Giant Slalom, as well as Freeriding.

We meet outside by the Snowboard sign to the right (looking up) of the ski club. There are always KSC/KMS Staff members and club members outside to help your child find their group if they are having difficulty. They should come dressed and ready to meet outside at meeting time noted. If you are late then you will miss your group. They do not wait.

Snowboard Team: These riders (*Ages 11 - 18) are experienced riders who are looking to develop competition skills and progress through the pipeline in competition. Once registration closes we will set up groups based on age and ability within the team for training. Riders may join the Two Day Program that trains on weekends and holiday periods at Killington except when the team is at a race. There is also a Three Day Session offered for riders who are * Ages 11 - 18. The KMS Development Sessions are also a great option for the members of this group who are still *Ages 12 - 15. The Development Sessions help make the transition to the full time program smoother. Regular Home Training on the weekends and holidays runs 8:00 am until 2:30 pm with a break for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00. Lunch is not included.

Devo Team: These riders (*Ages 8 - 10) are just beginning to develop their competition skills and have had at least two years of riding experience.
